Services
We provide 3D printer diagnostic, repair, and troubleshooting services. All repair services require customer approval before work begins. Diagnostic and evaluation fees are non-refundable once the service has been performed.
Repair charges are non-refundable once work has started. If a repair cannot be completed, no additional repair charges will be applied beyond the evaluation fee.
Replacement parts purchased on behalf of the customer are non-refundable once ordered.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or issues caused by prior modifications, third-party parts, or misuse of equipment.
Physical Products
Physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Custom or personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when booking services or placing orders. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information.
For shipped repairs, customers are responsible for properly packaging their equipment. We are not liable for damage caused during shipping to or from our location.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service.
Changes to Services or Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services, pricing, or these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
