Physical Products
We accept returns on unused physical items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Custom-made or personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Repair & Diagnostic Services
Due to the nature of repair and diagnostic services, evaluation and diagnostic fees are non-refundable once the service has been performed.
Repair charges are non-refundable once work has begun. Customers are always notified and must approve repairs before any work or parts are ordered.
If a repair cannot be completed, no additional repair charges will be applied beyond the evaluation fee.
Replacement parts purchased on behalf of the customer are non-refundable once ordered.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a physical item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
